Six questions before any proposal

NeuroSync is a project, not an off-the-shelf subscription. The scope depends on your process, your systems and your calendar, so it cannot be sold through a checkout button. This takes about three minutes and it is what lets us answer with numbers instead of vague talk.

If the right answer is that you do not need this right now, that is what you will hear. It has happened before, and it will happen again. Losing a sale that was not going to work is cheaper than delivering a project that solves nothing.

If all you want is official WhatsApp with an inbox, that has public pricing and needs no conversation: see the pricing table and activate the number in a few minutes.

And if what you are looking for is artificial intelligence designed for your process, wired into your systems, that is Neural Core: a project, from the same house, with its own site at neuralcore.zeracompany.com.

1. What industry is your company in?

Some industries have business rules we already know by heart. Others do not, and in that case we will say so.

2. How many new conversations does your WhatsApp get per month?

An approximate number is fine. This is the figure that decides whether the problem is process or volume.

3. How many people answer that WhatsApp today?

Count everyone who replies to customers, even if it is not that person's main job.

4. What do you want the artificial intelligence to do?

Check everything that applies. There is no wrong answer here, and checking everything is an answer too: it tells us the scope is not defined yet.

5. Which systems does your operation use today?

This decides whether the integration takes two days or two weeks. A system with no way to connect to it changes the whole project, and it is better to know that now.

6. What hurts today?

Write it in your own words. This is the answer we use the most: it is the only one that shows the real problem instead of the fix you already had in mind.
