BotSync is menu and rules, not artificial intelligence, and that is the advantage: it consumes no model, does not hallucinate, does not invent prices and always gives the same answer. You configure the options in a form, set where each option sends the conversation, and that is it. It is not a flow builder and there is no code.
The conversation Meta charges for is paid by you, directly to Meta, at its public rate, with the payment method attached to your own account. That amount does not pass through Zera and we do not add a markup on top of it.

From signup to the first conversation it takes 2 to 5 business days. The review of your business display name is done by Meta and takes 24 to 48 hours. That timeline is Meta's, not ours, and we have no way to speed it up.

The questions that come up before you register the card
When does billing start? And what if I back out before connecting?
The card is registered in the dashboard, right after signup, but the first charge only happens on the day Meta releases your number to send messages. If you back out before that, or if Meta does not release it, you pay nothing and we cancel the signup.
Any amount that may show on your statement on the day of signup is a card validity check run by the bank, not a charge, and it disappears on its own within 48 hours.
Will you charge me for something I did not sign up for?
No. The only amounts that exist are the ones on this page, per connected number, plus BotSync if you switch it on. We have no setup fee, no per-agent fee, no minimum commitment and no overage charge. If we ever change prices, you are notified by email at least 30 days in advance and can cancel before the new price takes effect.
How much does a message cost? Do you charge per conversation?
We charge nothing per message. You attach your payment method directly to your own Meta account and pay Meta for what you use, at its public rate. We are not an intermediary in that billing.
On conversations the customer starts, and on those that come from an ad with a free entry point, the message cost to Meta is usually zero. Anyone charging per message with a margin built in is making money on your volume, and that is how surprise invoices show up on other platforms.
How many agents can I add?
As many as you want, at no extra cost. Pricing is per connected WhatsApp number, not per person. If your team grows from three to ten, your bill does not change.
How do I cancel?
No retention call and no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle you already paid for, and there is no lock-in and no minimum term.
If you want to take your number to another provider, it is yours: the WhatsApp Business account and the business portfolio have been in your name since day one, and we hold nothing back to make leaving harder.
