Honest comparison

Where we are, and where we are not

There are good companies running official WhatsApp with a shared inbox and pricing in Brazilian reais. We are not going to pretend we are the only ones, because five minutes of research would prove otherwise. The difference sits in two rows, and they are highlighted in the table below.

The table

Eight capabilities, six types of vendor

The columns are types of vendor, not companies. We do not name competitors here, because the comparison that matters is about capability.

A comparison by capability, not by competitor pricing. Scroll the table sideways to see every column.

The two highlighted rows at the bottom of the table are the only ones where the Zera column stands alone. In the six above, much of the market delivers the same as we do, and saying otherwise would be easy to disprove.

How to read the table

Two readings the table alone does not give you

The last two rows are the whole page

A customer service platform is a commodity, and the price reflects that. A shared inbox, tags and conversation history are available in plenty of places for something close to our price. We are not going to claim nobody copies it, because they do.

What almost nobody does is run the ad account that fills that shared inbox. Zera is a performance marketing agency before it is a platform. The same team that looks after your number looks after the ad that brings the conversation in, tags the click behind each contact and sends the sale event back to Meta, so the algorithm learns from the people who actually bought, not from the people who only clicked.

This is not a feature we switched on in the software. It is human work, done by people who do it every day. That is why it is hard to copy, and why the traffic side is a project with a conversation behind it, not a button at checkout.

About Meta's free artificial intelligence

Meta offers a native artificial intelligence agent inside WhatsApp, at no cost, and it is good. If all you want is a bot that answers common questions in free-form text, use Meta's and keep your money. We would rather say that before you pay us.

BotSync is not competing for that spot. It is menus and rules: it answers in the first second, always the same way, and routes the conversation to the right queue on your team. It does not run on a language model, it does not invent prices and it does not change its mind from one conversation to the next.

When the case really calls for AI running the business process, that is a project, and it is called Neural Core.

If the comparison adds up for your case, this is where it starts

Sign up in two minutes, connect through the official Meta login, and billing only starts once the number is approved. Meta takes 2 to 5 business days to approve it, and that timeline belongs to Meta, not to us. No lock-in, no setup fee.

If, after the table, the right conclusion is that another type of vendor fits your case better, that is what you will hear from us.
