What is included

  • Everything in ZeraSync, with the number on Meta's official API and the service inbox

  • It is not artificial intelligence, and that is the advantage: it does not invent prices, it does not change its answer from one conversation to the next and it creates no variable cost.

How billing works

  • The price is per connected WhatsApp number, never per person answering.
  • The card is added in the dashboard right after sign-up, and nothing is charged at that moment.
  • The first charge happens on the day Meta releases your number to send messages, and it is announced by e-mail. If Meta does not release it, the sign-up is cancelled at no cost.
  • Paying in 12 instalments, they are equal and interest-free, and they add up to exactly R$ 2,970 per number. The payment gateway is what splits the amount, starting from the total.
  • Messages charged by Meta are paid directly to Meta, on the card of your own account. That amount does not go through Zera.

Renewal

  • Paying in 12 card instalments: the instalments cover exactly the 12 months of the plan and end with it. There is no automatic renewal in this format. We give notice by e-mail at least 30 days in advance, and renewal only happens if you confirm it.
  • Paying the year in one go: the subscription renews for another 12 months, at the same amount, and the e-mail notice goes out at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel in the dashboard before that, and then there is no new charge.
  • A price change only with an e-mail notice at least 30 days in advance, and never inside a period you have already paid for.

Cancellation

  • In the dashboard, on the cancel subscription button. No retention call, no paperwork and no penalty.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep using it until then, and there is no new charge after that.
  • A refund for a period already paid is not automatic. If that is your case, write to [email protected] and we answer in writing.
  • If you want to take your number to another provider, you can. It has been in your company's name since day one.
  • Anyone who does not want a one-year commitment has the monthly plan, with no discount and no lock-in.

From signup to the first conversation it takes 2 to 5 business days. The review of the name your customer will see is done by Meta and takes 24 to 48 hours. That deadline is Meta's, not ours.
